Guest Bio: Mary Taylor teaches the Ashtanga Vinyasa method of yoga as taught by her principal teacher, the late Sri K. Pattabhi Jois of Mysore, India. Mary and her husband, Richard Freeman, teach workshops, retreats and trainings at home in the United States as well as internationally. Mary is also heavily inspired by the Buddhist tradition and serves as a caregiver within hospital settings as part of the “Being with Dying” program through the Upaya Zen Center.
