In the multitasking world of today, to live one day at a time is a wild dream for many, but flowers blossom and babies grow, the sun raises and the moon glows, one day at a time.
Beat by beat, moment by moment you and I step by step hand in hand breathing in, breathing out wishing you love peace as I love dance laughing beat by beat, breath by breath

With full attention, clear intention, loving you deeply, slowing down, because transient we go passing by and what a waste would be to know when I die that I rushed this world to heaven when I could have counted every star in the sky in the blue, red and yellow singing peacefully, very mellow, one day at a time.
